مَا يُجَادِلُ فِي آيَاتِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَلَا يَغْرُرْكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمْ فِي الْبِلَادِ
None will repudiate verses of Allah except those who are disbelievers, then don’t let you deceive strutting of them in the countries.
The Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar are the disbelievers and wrongdoers who repudiate the verses of Allah as explained in verses 29: 47 and 49. Thus, they are the ‘Mujadils—the repudiators.’ They are nine hundred and ninety-nine out of each thousand, as explained in verse 4: 118. Only one in a thousand will become ‘Mujahid,’ who does Jihad against these Fujjar with Adhikr—the Trust. See explanation 3: 196-197; 22: 72.
