(Mu'amin) 40 : 4
مَا يُجَادِلُ فِي آيَاتِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَلَا يَغْرُرْكَ تَقَلُّبُهُمْ فِي الْبِلَادِ
None will repudiate with the verses of Allah except those who are disbelievers; then don’t let you deceive strutting of them in the countries.
The Arabic Qur’an reading Fujjar are the disbelievers and wrong doers repudiating with the verses of Allah as explained in verses 29: 47 and 49. Thus they are the ‘Mujadils-the repudiators’. They are nine hundred and ninety nine in each thousand as explained in verse 4: 118. Only one in thousand will become ‘Mujahid’ who does Jihad to these Fujjar with Adhikr-the Trust.
